It is the count down to planting day! The last frost is generally mid March so as soon as that final frost has past it will be time to plant our seeds! If you are wanting to check the the average final frost date in your area follow the link to a BC final frost map to find your zone and get an idea of when the final frost will be.

Since the final frost has past, we will be planting seeds this weekend, so it is time to plan out where we will be planting which seeds. I will also be developing a schedule to help facilitate a continuous harvest. Below is my visual plan for planting out the seeds!

Raised garden bed with lines showing where certain vegetables will be planted

A row of 4 tires being used as garden beds, what will be planted in each is written in words.

Most of the seeds I will be planting can start after the last frost but I will need to wait until late spring to plant. I found a wonderful blog post that talks about how to plan out your garden and gives tips on tracking your seed planting for a continuous harvest.
